Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Streakless Services. By booking any service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies ensure transparency, protect both parties, and guarantee the best experience for our customers.


 

1. Mobile Detailing Services

We are a mobile-only detailing service, performing all work at the customer’s home, workplace, or approved location. The customer must provide a safe, legal, and accessible area for our team to work.

2. Service Offerings

We provide the following detailing services:

  • Interior Detailing (Classic & Enhanced)
     
  • Exterior Detailing (Classic & Enhanced)
     
  • Full Detailing (Classic & Enhanced)
     
  • Bi-Weekly & Monthly Maintenance Detailing Plans
     
  • Various Add-On Services (pet hair, stain treatments, odor work, etc.)
     

All services listed on our website reflect starting prices. Final pricing is determined after a free on-site quote based on the condition of the vehicle.

3. Free On-Site Quotes

All quotes are performed in person and free of charge. Since we do not require deposits, the final service price is only confirmed after the on-site inspection.

Quotes may be adjusted if unexpected conditions or add-on needs are discovered during inspection.

4. Vehicle Condition & Add-On Charges

Our starting prices reflect vehicles in average condition.
Additional fees may apply for:

  • Excessive pet hair
     
  • Heavy staining
     
  • Sand, glitter, or debris buildup
     
  • Spills, odors, or bio-related cleanup
     
  • Other specialty treatments
     

These are all categorized as add-ons and discussed upfront before the service begins.

5. Pre-Existing Damage

We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Scratches, dents, chips, or swirl marks
     
  • Loose trim, broken buttons, worn fabrics, cracked leather
     
  • Oxidation, clear coat failure, or faded paint
     
  • Electrical or mechanical issues
     
  • Previously attempted repairs or DIY treatments
     

Our team will document any visible damage prior to starting the service.

6. Personal Items

Customers must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for:

  • Lost items
     
  • Items left in hidden compartments
     
  • Damage to items left inside the vehicle
     

If any items remain, we may decline service or work around them if possible.

7. Weather Conditions

Because we are a mobile service, all appointments are weather-dependent. If weather prevents safe or proper service:

  • We may reschedule at no cost
     
  • You will be contacted as early as possible
     
  • No cancellation fees apply
     

8. Access Requirements

To complete your service, we require:

  • Adequate space to work safely around the vehicle
     
  • Sufficient lighting
     
  • Access to the vehicle keys
     
  • Permission to detail at the location (if not your property)
     

Additionally, we currently require access to both water and electricity at the service location.
This requirement will remain in place until our team is fully equipped with an onboard water tank and generator.

9. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash
     
  • Credit/Debit


  • Check
     
  • Mobile payment apps (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, etc.)

     

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for excellence. If you have any concerns:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of your completed detail
     
  • We will address the issue or return if necessary
     

However, we do not guarantee removal of all stains, odors, or defects, especially if they are permanent or deep within the material.

11. Safety & Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • The environment is unsafe
     
  • The vehicle contains hazardous materials
     
  • Conditions are extreme (infestation, bodily fluids, mold, etc.)
     
  • The customer is uncooperative or disrespectful
     

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued booking with us means acceptance of the revised terms.
